Last night I watched the first of my favourite Halloween films and it inspired me to write this post today the day is quickly approaching us. I don't particularly like watching "scary" movies, I don't enjoy being scared to death so I prefer to watch these stereotypical Halloween films. I hope you like the films I have chosen..

One of those days...

Do you ever have those days where it feels like there is no end? Well I had one of those days last week. Last weekend had a lot of bad things happen to family members that I love. It is all in the health category, both physical and mental. 

Anxiety tips and tricks

As some of you know, both Emily and I both suffer with Anxiety. It's something that we have both been very open about. Anxiety Disorder is actually a hugely common Mental Health condition. In fact according to the Mental Health Foundation " In 2013, there were 8.2 million cases of Anxiety in the UK". Because of this, I wanted to share with you some tips and tricks for handling days when your Anxiety is a little more severe.

Dear Anxiety,

I never asked for you? Why are you here? You have made my life such a misery. You have held me back, Knocked me down and caused some major confidence issues.

On the 21st of September this year, me and Louise went to see Mcfly on day 1 of their Anthology Tour in Birmingham. I have liked Mcfly ever since I was young so seeing them was like reliving my childhood. Since seeing them live I feel like I have started to love them even more.

The world we live in is such a beautiful place but do we really appreciate the natural beauty that is offered us? I have always loved taking photos and taking them of the things I find beautiful. Nothing makes me happier than going on an adventure.
